Wednesday, Feb. 24th, 9:00 am: Clearing and cleanup of woody plants at Pioneer Cemeteries Prairie Management project in Henry County. A carpool will likely be setup from Indianapolis.
Saturday, March 13th, 9:30 am: Hank Heron Kids Club birdwatching outing to Eagle Creek Park Ornithology Center.
Saturday, March 20th, 9:00 am: Cleanup of unwanted woody plants and sign posting at Browning Family Marsh Nature Preserve in Boone County.
Friday, March 26th - Sunday, March 28th: Green Fest Indy at the Indiana State Fairgrounds.
Saturday, March 27th, 9:00 am: Removal of invasive wintercreeper vines at Meltzer Woods (one of central Indiana's last old-growth forests) in Shelby County.
Wednesday, April 21, 9:00 am: Removal of invasive garlic mustard and litter pick-up at Blue Bluff Nature Preserve in Morgan County.
Saturday, April 24, 9:00 am: Help us mark the tree seedlings that were planted as a restoration project, and join us afterward for a wildflower hike at Hemlock Ridge Nature Preserve in Putnam County.
Saturday, April 24, 11:00 am -4:00 pm: Earth Day Indiana at White River State Park
Wednesday, April 28, 9:00 am: Mowing around the tree seedlings marked on April 24th to prevent competition from weeds at Hemlock Ridge Nature Preserve in Putnam County.
